What to expect?
Sensing Ground will be a playground for dancing in the space that sits between all moments. The liminal space, the world of invisible threads that bind us all.
This place is a pause, to slowly sense and feel our way through being human, together.
We will dance between our inner world and the outer world where we live.
How do we play our role in the whole?
How do I advocate for my very real needs, even if they are different or invisible to others?
How do I allow my joy, pleasure and sense of aliveness to guide me, more often?
We will share a collective process of emptying, resting and unfurling.
We will empty all the stories that our bodies are holding, but do not belong to us.
We will rest in our natural cadence and discover our own unique neural pulse.
We will feel into and rest in our own rhythm, as we are.
We will get to know our inner sanctuary.
Come home into our place of Sacred Belonging within ourselves.
We will unfurl into the person that we are becoming, by being pulled in the direction that best aligns to our body.
We will discover who we are and what our role is in our local world.
There is no force or push, only flow.
We sense the ground together.
Your body is your compass, and I will guide you to learn how to read it.
Sensing Ground is a place to explore:
-- You centre, your edges and your capacity to feel through intensity with grace
-- Your boundaries, where you end and others begin
-- Your identity, who are you? And, who are you not?
-- Your location of conscious awareness, where are you in your inner experience and how are you participating in your own inner life? Are you with yourself or abandoning yourself, moment-to-moment?
-- Your community, your tribe, your kind: explore finding your kin and also mingling with a diverse range of all humanity. Feel others in order to know who you are. Our differences are what makes us stronger collectively.
